Jam Lady Jam
From Healesville comes aromatic hand made jams using fresh seasonal produce and Organic sugar - Raspberry Grappa, Blackberry Shiraz, Strawberry Aniseed, Spiced Syrian Figs, Pear Vanilla Ginger are just some of their product range.
My basket of goodies - Silverbeet, potatoes, broccoli, butternut pumpkin, mandarins, cucumber, tomatoes, bananas.

I love homemade jams!! :) I found some in a little Amish shop called, Traffic Jam. :) It's made with cherries, cranberry juice, sugar, pectin AND, get this... Kool Aid. What flavor of Kool Aid, I don't know.
We hope our June bearing strawberries will thrive next year, so that I can make some of my own jams. All of these pictures are making me think ahead. :) But I am looking forward to our winter. It is my favourite season.
Just Kim - Tha jam sounds really nice. My mum used to make jam every year - we had plenty of fruit trees.
There's an apricto tree in the back yard, but it bears only a small quantity and the peach tree yields not very nice peaches. The only home-made jams I get to have now are those from markets like these or stalls on the footpath usually run by elderly ladies raising money for some charity.
