Weekend Reflections

Above: Through the window glass

In a lovely old Victorian terrace in Collingwood with a pale yellow facade is Mezina Cafe. One of my favourite places to spend a Saturday afternoon indulging in good coffee people=watching while sitting under one of the outdoor umbrellas.

Today's quote: People everywhere love windows ~ Bill Gates.

  1. Sandra Casey (BlossomFlowerGirl) ... Your Melbourne DP blog is listed on the portal. You can see this by looking here http://citydailyphoto.org/blogsfromasia-ci.html

I would ask you, however, to update the logo that you are using. You are still linking to the old portal which was hacked into oblivion in July 2012. The address for the new portal is http://citydailyphoto.org/index.html and you can find the code for the logo here http://citydailyphoto.org/badges.html

Could you raise the profile of the CDP logo please by placing it toward the top of your side-bar immediately after your own profile.

So that you know, this new portal for City Daily Photo is administered by Peter from the Sunshine Coast and Julie from Sydney.

    Many thanks ...

  2. Welcome back, BFG! It's been a long time. I hope that all is well with you and yours. So nice to see your Melbourne blog again!

And you have, of course, come up with a very nice reflection shot! I like the Bill Gates quote, too. Although I'm not sure of its veracity! :-)

  4. Beautiful picture, simply stuning. Reflection is an amazing art in photography, you really have to capture the right moment from the right angle and you're very good at it. I love when the object is devided into pieces like in this reflection on a skyscraper , have you ever tried something like that?
